I am taking French, and I know American Sign Language… but I want to learn French Sign Language (or LSF as I’ve heard). I’ve searched Google, but that wasn’t much help for me. Please help me find a good LSF book, Thanks!

I tried google as well and couldn’t seem to find good reference to a book you could use. However, American Sign Language is derived from French Sign Language and are very similar. Here is a link to the French Manual Alphabet. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_manual_alphabet
as you can see they are extremely close.
I would search ebay as well as other international auction sites.
I was able to buy a Russian sign language book off ebay.
(unfortunately it’s in Russian, so I can’t read it)
But since you are taking French, it you get a sign language book in that language, you should have no problem.
By, the way, American Sign Language has developed through the years and has strayed so far from French, that in fact, they are now nothing alike.
