    Go to the American Sign Language site, and learn from there. Or take a class.

    Thats American Sign Language.
    It is easier the Signing Exact English.
    There is also one other here in America so get whatever he is learning.
    Sometimes they also have College and High School Clubs.

  3. you should really take a class. sign language is not just a hand language. it’s a lot about emotions, so when you sign something, you have to also communicate it with your face. i took sign language for 3 years and i’ve learned that you just have to immerse yourself in it. though you may feel lost in the beginning, you’ll slowly pick it up. just start with the alphabet and then work your way up to common actions, objects, feelings, etc. There are several different online “dictionaries”, but you should figure out what dialect your brother signs. What one sign for one word on the west coast may be different then the sign for the same word on the east coast.
