  1. hey =)! Im learning sign language too! lol, Im not really good at it yet but Im slowly learning out of a dictionary book. the best way is to practise with someone (eather deaf or hearing =P)
    its really fun when you can do basic sentences. I could help you practise if you like!

  2. I hope everyone that posted who said that they learned by looking at pictures or with an ASL dictionary realizes that ASL has its own set of grammar rules that differ from spoken English. You cannot just learn random words in sign language and use them in the same order you would in English.

    I want to learn sign language, but I’m not really sure of a good place.

    Perhaps you could try rocket languages, though it does cost money. I would recommend you seek out learning materials with visual aid. I personally find it hard to know how to sign a word just by looking at pictures and reading directions, but perhaps you would have an easier time with that.

    And yes, there is a sign language for most languages.
