Revelation Song in ASL

Performance of Revelation Song in my dorm room at Liberty University. This is one of my favorites. The University Praise band plays this song a lot at Campus Church. 1. You have no idea how much I enjoy watching your videos. You have something really special the way you translate. Congratulations! God Bless you. I learned a lot with you.

  2. sound like religious song i guess ..myself not religious at all just very open mind view people who are ..my friend always talk about religious …your sign so beautiful smooth .

  3. @ktloveland That makes sense! I always had problems with those phrases trying to distinguish different meanings for them. I did “Better Is One Day”-choreographed some other girls in it, and we had decided that for “Better Is One Day in your courts,” we would sign “Better is one day in heaven” because the literal translation of courts wouldn’t do it justice. There’s a chance that others came up with that same idea or that others saw my group do it and borrowed it even!

  4. @TheSes31 For “king of Kings” I am signing “King supreme” (basic translation means king above all kings.) And for “is to come” i’m signing “future come again” but i’ve done it a few different ways. I think I might have done it differently in my other video. I can’t remember if i did or didn’t tho.

  5. What was the sign you used for “king of kings?” And “is to come?” Are there other ways to do them? “Slain,” “sits upon the throne?” I hope my church will let me do this sometime. I’ve already got some people who are interested.

  6. Awesome!! I’ll have to check out some of your other things so I can finish learning a few new songs in my own repertoire. Technically, I think we actually an MCE, but it’s using ASL signs so who cares what it’s called, it still gets the message across in the same conceptual manner. I can imagine how beautiful heaven will be and how beautiful God is and through the combination of the words and the signs.

  7. I usually keep my glosses in a file on my computer but i guess this one got deleted. I’ve done this song so many times that i don’t even need the gloss anymore and its just become second nature. sorry.

  8. It’s great to see your passion here. I wonder if it would be possible to see the ASL gloss you used for this?

  9. Could you please do a tutorial of how to sighn the song? Thanks.. blessings bro. and fellow heir to the thrown.
