How long does it take to get to a proficient level or at least level II?
.
macaton is quite hard to become proficient in as there are so my regional variations of it
its very tough
it depends on you.i was also learning british and got to level two from my self confidence and hard work.so nothing in this world is impossible but hard.as soon as you learn go ahead to level 2.
Not in the least. How fast you progress is entirely down to how much you practice…the same with anything else really. It might help you learn it quicker if you can go to a local deaf/hard of hearing club so that you can practice more and see it being used. You will find that most of the time people are willing to help you.

Good Luck!
