Hi.
I am an experienced BSL (British Sign Language) user but would like to learn ASL (American Sign Language). I live in the UK therefore cannot take a class on ASL. Does anyone know any good online courses that teach ASL??

I’m an ASL interpreter. I don’t know of any full online course that teaches grammar etc.. aslpro.com is a good one for interpreting individual words and also for practicing fingerspelling. I know our manual alphabet is different than yours, so that might be very useful to you. There is a lot on youtube with deaf people signing stories etc, in ASL, but you would probably have to learn quite a bit to understand them first. good luck. I hope you find a resource.
