i dont know sign but my son is learning it due to hearing loss, so i am trying to find classes that will accommodate me does anyone know if there is an online class to take……..and why are there so many people saying that she is wrong, but no one has vids to show the right way, i mean make your own vids people if you dont like what you see!

cpachinojones1, just go look for a real ASL teacher, like BYUFanatic, who has posted lessons on YouTube and has his own website too. Unless what you really want is to just look at Melissa, in which case, go ahead, but you won’t learn ASL that way.
bluestar123100, yes, anyone who takes real ASL classes knows more than she knows. She probably learned from a book. She has no qualifications to teach ASL. For some reason, expertvillage hired her or allowed her to post using their name. I don’t get it.

Omq! This chick is weird. She don’t know what she’s doinq! She’s usinq qestures not Siqn Lanquaqe. Man! I know siqn lanquaqe not her!
She is great at what? Looking pretty and being hearing. Those two things she is great at. Teaching ASL? Nope, not great at that. Reason is, she actually has no qualification to teach ASL and makes constant mistakes. I suggest go finding a Deaf ASL teacher to learn from.
