nope some deaf folk with hearing aids device can hear the beats not only bass but along with low or high pitch sound or anything even without wearing them still can feel the bass and follow the rhythms with sign languages some of them read thur the rapper stars’s lyric scripts and study em and practice with it many diff ways….i myself am deaf and i can understand what he says trust me aint too fake…especially if hes hard of hearing.
