I’m a high school student, and I can’t seem to find any classes for those under 18. Little help?

Contact DHHS (http://www.dhhs.ca/programs-services/). Ask if they can take someone yr age or do they know anywhere else. Perhaps you can take ASL classes if you have an adult with you taking the class.
