  1. I highly recommed the Signing Naturally book and video! The workbook offers instruction on grammar and culture, plus provides many pictures of the signs for each section. The video is a great resource for interractive learning and will help you to fill in the blanks in the workbook. Good luck!

  2. The absolute BEST way would be in a formal college class. But if money and scheduling is an issue, online lessons with videos while attending deaf events is your best bet. Books are difficult because it’s hard to see how the signs are actually signed. You can check out the American Sign Language classes on my website. They might be helpful. I’ll put the URL in the sources section.
