You really need to be more specific with your question. The answer depends entirely on where you live. Are you going deaf quickly- or is it a slow gradual process? I have been going deaf for almost 20 years. Late age onset deafness is usually a slow process. You might find it more helpful to learn lip/speech reading than to learn sign language.
Call your local sign language interpreter services and ask them for suggestions. They usually also offer support services to people who are deaf.
Some states also have a deaf services department, sometime a part of a generic disability services department.
I’ll bet so. I would look for a place that trains parents of the deaf. I’ll bet your state can guide you. Ask a Dr. first.

First buy a book that show you sign language.
Second go find school for the Deaf and ask them where you can learn it.
Third find some Deaf people who is same type you’re then you will learn Sign Language.

I’ve worked with many handicapped people, including deaf. Take heed of edoedo’s answer. Although he has been deaf from birth he’s well read, knowledgeable and has much experience in the education of the hearing impaired.
