I’ve done music interpretation. Don’t do short stories. I bores the deaf community and some kids unless if their 5 or below.
I’m 12 and my family is deaf and their really well-known and a lot of people ranging from 10+ Really enjoy music interpretation with the song in a radio on high volume so they can feel the vibration and beat along with your signing. Do some easy, heart-touching or easy songs like
Disturbia and Nickelback songs. Don’t do song that don’t make sense like Kelly clarkson’s I do not hook up. Because you know that deaf people/hard of hearing really dont have that much of a good english vocabulary along with grammar so keep it easy, but interesting.
Trust me, music is the key.
