  2. Do you know any deaf people, cause that is the best way to learn, hang out with them. All the deaf people I know are pretty cool and willing to sign slower and teach you.

  4. I find it very difficult to learn sign language from a book, but I really like that the book “signing for dummies”. It does a very good job explaining culture, and sentence structure along with facial expressions.
    Video- I’d have to say that I like the kids series “we sign” it has nursery rhymes and stuff. It does a good job teaching some vocabulary and a little sentence structure.

    these websites are also good for learning vocabulary. They show a clip of someone signing the word and they just sign it over and over until you click stop.
