if someone is def from birth and learned sign language, do they think in sign language like i would think in English?

probably somewhere in there they do. like when they gotta convert spoken words into the gestures. i remember once i was talking to a lady who was once a stenographer (court reporter) and she said she still had dreams sometimes of all the symbols.
they probably do , because they don´t hear ( sometimes ) for example the word apple or something , they don´t know how it sounds and never learned it that way .So they will think the way they r taught , the way we were thaught of the word apple,,they were taught the sign.
I don´t know if I made myself clear..but hope so 😉
Interesting question i’ve never thought about that before but they wouldn’t be able to think and actually hear a voice because they wouldn’t know what a voice sounded like.
It’d be the same as a blind person (from birth) wouldn’t be able to see in their mind what something looked like – or see anything in their dreams.
