  1. It’s easy to learn, there are plenty of books on sign language, along with videos and tapes, and some one you might know could know some sign language and teach you it.

  2. Many community colleges teach non-credit courses in ASL, as do adult learning branches of public school systems. There are also online tutorials and videos available through public libraries.
    ASL is a complete language with its own grammar, vocabulary, structure, and so on. It is very rewarding to study and learn.

  3. Check with your local school district and see if they can give you an idea of where to find the course you need. They always have such information for their teachers.

  4. Local community colleges have some. Check them out. Check out the library for some materials, books, video, some even have a CDROM that you can install in your own computer for self study. Goodluck.
