It won’t teach you sign language, but it will teach you words.
It’s better to get a real class, however. I’m in highschool and I’m taking ASL.

Check out your local college or community college. Two year colleges usually have ASL, and most classes are in the evenings so you can go if you work or go to high school. You will learn the most if you can get a Deaf teacher.

Then, got to Youtube and search for “ASL”, “Deaf”, “Sign language”.
That will help you on many levels.
