@Bunjer i couldn’t find a lawyer to do it for free for me so i had to paid a lawyer to get my rights restore which i can’t afford and lead me to become pro se and won … we do have protection under law of US and constituitonal rights… only problem is that we got no deaf organization that come with fund to help deaf people who can’t afford laywer… that all so i decided to help deaf as thrid party motion even i may face legal fee but now i am busy studing code to get my webstie up and going
@podsaich missed my point.. quit being a disabled person, act like you want your language and ur culture back.. demand Minorirty Rule and be part of the Majoriry rule party but represent the minority (DEAF) and be a lawmaker, a legislator repersenting the deaf as a deaf congressman.. GOT IT? forget the the stupid ADA laws and the lame CAP and Class Action Suits under any disability laws.. Disability days are over..
@podsaich what Carl trying to do is to document occur of hate crime toward deaf… once we do that via deaf organization to track it down of compliant then put them together to form better class action… then lawyer will take it … i am saying we got our protection but deaf organizations don’t have what other organizations been doing for years that deaf organization lacking at…. people won’t listen to me … i already know that long time ago and now i glad i bump into Carl, ASLElla and on
@Bunjer we got protectiong under constitutional rights… problems is that we got many lawyers won’t do it for free… i know some rich deaf kid got lawyer to get what they need as they entitled to get and got it while people like me and those who can’t afford lawyer are screwed even CAP still can’t comprehend my rights… unless class action… i talked to many deaf and often they not seeking class actions and find other way… what the didn’t know that can get sue for lot of money…
@podsaich be fun to get lawyers, tons of lawsuits under the stupid ada and our civil right laws that view us as a disability, and that deafness is a medical view. Hearing is using excuses to give us implants and impose oralism so we all can be cured. Disabled laws wont allow us to stay deaf and use ASL.. Podsaich, screw the disability laws, get minority rule rights and we change, revise, amend, reject, mandate new laws for Culture and language instead!
All oral and SEE schools are out of complying with US Constitutional! Time to get all prelingual deaf people and CODA to sue them for using federal and state funds (public money) to discriminating prelingual deaf students and CODA apart from postlingual deaf students, non-disable peer, and ESL people (other than CODA). To all deaf schools not using ASL will going to lose the money. It did happen before until IDEA came, but we lost track until more prelingual and CODA people aware of its….
Whats wrong with Minority Rule, and when can we get our foot into Politics, and be hand to hand with the Majority Rule as equals. Are you going to allow Minority Rule to be under the Consitution, and cherish American Sign Language (ASL)? Did I not say American in Sign Language as our Language on American Soil, and how many times should I repeat pointing out Minority Rule? Are we Americans if Lawmakers make laws for us behind out backs, and allow them to make speeches of oppression for us?
