Does anybody know of any good sites where I could learn two handed sign language/?

My great-aunt is coming to visit us and she’s deaf but nobody in my family knows sign language. We don’t want her to feel ignored so we figured we should at least learn the basics. Is it hard to learn and how long should it take? Thanks! .
