I’m a sign language student, and I find myself having to inform my professors that i am dyslexic. i usually fingerspell “dyslexia” but its clumbsy and it would help if there was a sign for it.

There is… I’ve seen it two ways.
The first way is to have both hands in the “2” handshape, left palm up, right palm down, then flip them over. Looks very similar to the sign for “dead” but uses a different handshape.
The other was basically the same, but the hands are vertical.
It may not be a really widely used sign, I’m not positive, you may still need to fingerspell it. Basically, that’s the best way to avoid any confusion, even if I was signing it, i’d probably still fingerspell it.
