  1. yeah I’d love to know how to do sign language, that would be awesome. We once had this lady give us a talk about sign language, and i got to learn how to say ‘what is your name?’ but then forgot it later, wait…..i think i kinda remember it. Oh i really would love to learn it, but i don’t think i could fit it in my busy schedule!

  2. I know all the letters in sign language and a few words or phrases but I have always wanted to know more. I have contemplated taking classes. When my daughter was younger I taught her the alphabet and we would communicate that way when we were somewhere that we needed to be silent.

  3. yup an ive sorta started!! wel im learning makaton and its really interesting unfourtunately my friends dont know much of it but me an my mum use it all the time!! you get some wierd looks tho never thought to use it anywhere else i guess itd make sense to but you never think of it at the time.

  4. My daughters taught themselves when they were younger.I hated cause they also had deaf friends who also taught them to swear. They would “talk”when they were grounded about how mean I was.lol They still talk to each other in front of us.lol they taught me some of the basics.I know more of the finger spelling myself.

  5. yes lol. i havnt actually learnt it properly but my friend knows the letters in sign language so she taught it to me and a few other friends so if we cnt speak (usually wen we hav our mouth full or in class) we spell out the word… wich can take long but its better than nothin 🙂 but i would like to learn it properly, would make it easier and quicker…

  6. I know Sign Language fluently. It would be nice if you can learn Sign Language because, that language is in high need of people learning it. Also, it would benefit the deaf community too. Its an easy language to learn since its visual.
