Did you mean ESL, english as a second language? if so then
http://www.cactustefl.com/index.php sounds good to me. I plan to take a course after I finishe college. The program(like most) is about a month long and anywhere from 300 to 2000 USD. You can teach in foreign countries with this degree but if you want to teach in the US you need to go to a regular college and get a degree in teaching. I plan to do both.
