I know rid keeps record on this as they has a database of everyone they have certified. I could not find anything on the rid website though.

I know rid keeps record on this as they has a database of everyone they have certified. I could not find anything on the rid website though.

There are actually a lot of people who know ASL fluently who aren’t registered. I am one of them. I have translated for friends and stuff but I don’t want to do it professionally so I don’t sign up and get tested and stuff.
Remember, ASL is the 3rd most common language in the USA.
