I was counting on forever, now I’ll never know I can’t even breathe It’s like I’m looking from a distance Standing in the background Everybody’s saying, he’s not coming home now This can’t be happening to me This is just a dream The preacher man said let us bow our heads and pray Lord please lift his soul, and heal this hurt Then the congregation all stood up and sang The saddest song that she ever heard Then they handed her a folded up flag And she held on to all she had left of him Oh, and what could have been And then the gun’s rang one last shot And it felt like a bullet in her heart Baby why’d you leave me Why’d you have to go? 11. I just wanted to say you are AMAZING. I am going into the medical field and I am learning ASL. I know the basics like the alphabet and basic words and I can understand almost everything someone says in ASL even if I dont know what it means. I am going to become fluent. Your videos are helping me to reach that goal. Thanks so much.
    PS your really pretty lol

  12. that is so great that you would do something like this for deaf people. people like you should be rewarded [:

  13. My cousin loves your videos. He likes that he can understand songs now. He is deaf. Thank you (from Bobby) XD

  14. Gloss is the ‘approximate English word’ for the ‘sign’ or the ‘approximate sign’ for the ‘English word’. There are a lot of signs that don’t have English glosses. There are English words that don’t have signs. The grammar for ASL and for English are completely different.

  15. Thank you so much for your videos! I am training to be an ASL interpreter, and watching these videos has been really helpful for me to be able to concentrate on ASL structure, and making sure that I’m not just translating into SEE etc. Thank you! 🙂

  16. THANK YOU!!!!!!
i’m so sick of people asking me to gloss it for them.
i had to do it on my own, so everyone else should as well!!!

    finally someone understands! 🙂
