This site has free lessons. No account but the lesson plans are numbered from 1 through 45 and are very detailed. No videos, uses pictures. Really great site.

I taught my infant daughter to sign by watching Signing Time videos. She signed her first signs when she was 5 months old. She is not deaf, it just made things easier than waiting for her to start talking.
