Where is a good site to learn American Sign Language or Spanish?

Would you recommend anything? I am thinking of being a special needs teacher, and I hear this helps. I’ve been interested in ASL for a long time and wanted to learn it anyway. If I can, I’m going to try to learn both at the same time. If you have any recommendations on how you learned them or any language, or an especially good site (with video, if possible), please let me know!
