  1. no bueno… I was looking to learn, but confused me a bit more. Oh well… a searching for other instrustors I go….

  2. I agreed with amayachandesu. You signed ‘A” is wrong form. Please, check the ASL book. U need to redo new video in correction. That way, less confusion. Thanks.

  3. the ‘a’ is wrong. the back of your hand should be showing on the a. i learned sign language through my friends since two of them are deaf.

  4. right
to the comment you just replyed to
    please ignore =_=
i had no idea it was posted.

  5. well, i wanted to watch melissa ’cause shez beautiful and also learned a few signs from her…melissa u r cool…;)

  6. No, it’s not important where it goes. You’ll be understood despite where your thumb goes. I just stick my thumb on the side, but many people like to throw the thumb on top.

  7. She is possibly one of the BEST Sign teachers Ive seen and followed. I paid nearly $70 for a class onetime and came out knowing very little. Just watching Melissa’s videos I know SO much!!!! THANK U FOR having these available to us learning to sign!!!

  8. i have looked up on the alphabet and it comes up differently than here would someone understand either way? for instance if the thumb is in the centre on the letter b or on the side?

  9. i know that sign language can be different… like theres ASL and BSL (British sign language). This is what i’ve been told. If i have been told wrong please someone correct me.

  10. the c looks right 2 me but i don’t know sign language.
i thought the a was wrong but i thought it wa different 2 what u said lol
u can tell i don’t know sign language
the only words i know are
apple, baby, drink, eat, stop, help, beautiful

  11. I am sorry, but your A and C are incorrect… The A palm orientation should be facing towards me, not down.
The C palm orientation also should be facing towards me, not sideway.

Otherwise, I don’t know what you were saying since I am Deaf.
