Ok so I’ve met a really nice guy who is deaf, and I’m not. I’d love to learn sign language so we can talk to each other, I’m just not sure the best way to learn. Should I take a class, buy a book?…Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks! .
Learning Sign Language from a Book?
I’ve heard that you can’t learn sign language from a book, because, like speaking a language, there are accents and dialects that you can’t pick up from a book. I don’t know anyone who signs- what do I do? .
