I saw a ‘without a trace’ episode on tv with the sign language school, very very cool and was inspired to learn it. Ive just been googleing around for how to learn sign language, or sign language
i just looked up sign language chart and it worked!
signlanguage.com
just go to signlanguage.com
Easy answer: don’t. ASL is only something you can learn well when you’re in contact with another person who knows it, because you could be thinking that you’re signing something right when you’re totally off base and no one can understand you. Also, most of the online sites just talk about signs and disregard classifiers, a very important aspect of ASL. Take a class from a community college, get in contact with the Deaf community, but don’t learn it by yourself. The best way is to interact with someone who is Deaf or is fluent in ASL. You’ll pick it up quickly!
